Rotary Community Corps (RRCs) were established in four communities involved with the 3H Grant.  Members are leaders in the community, including members of the SHGs; they work with a local Rotarian advisor.  The women of the Success RCC identify needs and  develop projects to benefit their community.

After only three months, the first Self Help Groups had saved over $9,200 in US dollars.

OUR RESULTS


​ In terms of impact, I’ve never found one a project like this.  It is amazing: a new model that emphasizes attitude change rather than providing money or equipment.
